"I had paid the full amount in advance for this hotel booking, but due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to cancel it. I cancelled the booking one day prior, yet no refund was issued and the entire amount was retained by the property. They informed me that since it was an on-counter booking, a refund was not possible, but if I had booked through their website, they could have refunded it. This felt very misleading and unfair. This is the first hotel I’ve encountered that doesn’t offer any refund even with a one-day prior cancellation. The hospitality was extremely disappointing, and the staff was rude and unprofessional."

"We paid almost ₹7,000 for two nights here, and honestly, this stay felt worse than a 2-star hotel. At this price, you can easily find a much better 3-star property. Pros: Maybe having tissues… oh wait, they provided toilet paper instead of tissues. That’s the only thing I can think of. Cons: Shower was not working. Hot water tap was not working. The bucket was dirty, with stagnant old water and even small insects inside. Bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. When we asked for fresh ones, those too were unclean. Pillow covers felt worse than what you get in trains. Service was pathetic — we had to ask 3–4 times just to get towels. Despite requesting housekeeping 4–5 times, no one came. We had to sleep in an unclean room with unclean bedsheets. Dust all over side tables and the tea area. Fridge inside was dirty. Balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I genuinely don’t understand why they charge so much when they can’t even provide basic amenities. If this room cost ₹1,000–1,500 a night, it might have made sense, but at ₹3,500 per night, this experience was unacceptable."

"Pathetic hotel , 204 room no bathroom was dirty with gutka spitting , telephone of 206 was dead, pillow was tremendosly dirty , we cheaked in evening no food as no shef was there, in breakfast only two options allo paratha and pasta despite charging 10 k for two rooms, reception person shivam made one of our friend to carry glass from kitchen to there room telling lack of employee at hotel he was way to arrogant and talked very humiliatingly with us . all staff are dress like construction workers way to dirty clothes and they made food for us , there dresses were kept at reception only, decorative recetion item are literally rotten above all photos i am adding. I request owner to remove arrogant and useless staff specially shivam."

"Be very careful while booking through their website. I am yet to get my refund for a cancellation made through their website on feb 11 2025. Mailed them and called them several times, but no reponse. They keep diverting the calls but nothing is being intiated. I Have been trying to get my refund for the past 10 months."

"I stayed in a One BHK Serviced Apartment. What a big name for such a place, but equally pathetic was the experience of staying there. I had first stayed at Regenta for two days and then shifted here. To begin with, I had to request towels. The kettle in the kitchen was dirty inside. The bathroom shower was worse than a lawn sprinkler. The soot settled on the exhaust fan was sickening. I doubt the manager even inspects the rooms. The staff seemed outsourced—just some random people put on the job. As compared to the lavish breakfast at Regenta, the spread here was disappointing: pasta, paratha, sandwich/toast, curd, and tea. Hardly anything worth the price. The apartment I stayed in was priced at over ₹7,000—completely unjustified for the experience."
